HOW IT WORKS
When ordering online, remember that within 24-hours of placing an order, you may change your mind and cancel that order for any reason. After that point, the order will become non-cancellable. White-glove delivery service to your home, in the 48 contiguous states, is included at no charge with all online orders. We do this because shipping bulky items without damage is best left to professionals, and our goal is to provide you with an exceptional experience.
Online orders will be delivered using one of our approved carriers, who will deliver your furniture, set it up in the room of your choice, and remove all packing materials – all at no cost to you. Delivery times will vary based on your geographic location and will be determined by the carrier. Items of wood furniture termed “casegoods” are generally in stock and will be available for pick-up by the white-glove carrier within five business days. Indoor Upholstery items (Sofas, Chairs) are custom-tailored in our dedicated manufacturing facility in North Carolina. They generally take 20 weeks to produce, and will then be picked up by the white-glove carrier for delivery. Outdoor Upholstery items (Fabric Seating) generally take 6 weeks to produce, and will then be picked up by the white-glove carrier for delivery.

We design products for every room of the home, and you may shop by-item, by-brand, or by-collection.
When viewing imagery on the site, it’s important to note that interior design is a fashion business, particularly when it comes to fabrics and upholstery. Patterns are introduced and retired on a regular basis, so there will always be instances where photography may display a fabric that has been retired. We generally elect to keep that image, because the frame design is still current.
BEFORE YOU BUY
Before placing your order, please make certain that the scale of the furniture you’re purchasing is appropriate for the size of your room. It’s also important to make certain that, when your furniture is delivered, there is a path, from your front door to the intended room, that will accommodate the passage of those items.
